A Business Area Vice President with General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), Nisa leads a portfolio valued over $3.5B of key programs supporting a diplomatic, advocate, and assistance global mission by advancing the interests of the American people. Her leadership roles encompass global supply chain management, security engineering, cloud, cyber, threat reduction, managed service desk, and leadership of over 500 employees. She sponsored implementation of an enterprise-wide tier 1 warehouse management system at GDIT driving IT transformation and reducing supply chain risk. She holds executive relationships with Government customers and innovation leaders in the industry.  Most recently, she was recognized by her customers for her creativity and resiliency during the COVID-19 pandemic for continuing to drive innovation in cyber, cloud, and supply chain risk as she pivoted to leading virtual and essential teams worldwide in these unprecedented times.  
 
Nisa was recently the winner of the Women in Technology (WIT) Large Market Sector award for 2021 for her leadership, mentorship, and contributions to advancing women in STEM from the classroom to the boardroom.  She was also selected for a Top Women Executive in Supply Chain award in 2018 and under her leadership GDIT was again named in the “Top 100 3PLs” by Inbound Logistics in 2020 and featured as a thought leader for Government Matters during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Nisa graduated from the Leadership Foundry through WIT and the inaugural Leadership Catalyst at GDIT. She also sits on the council for ForWARD (For Women’s Advancement, Recognition and Development) at GDIT and was awarded Volunteer of the Year in 2020 for her leadership and participation in GDIT’s flagship Women + Tech annual event.   
 
Nisa graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Merchandising Management and a minor in Business Management from Virginia Tech and holds a Master’s in Supply Chain Management and Logistics from Michigan State.
